(First one on the site is called the Revington) Second residential building proposed is on the corner of Gold Island Boulevard and Lamartine St, six stories and upgraded from 125 units to 197 units.

757 Salisbury Street (55+ Living) is complete. 123 apartments. The site is the the location of the former Bramble Hill mansion, owned by the Higgins family (see below):

We also got treated to a short interlude on the incredible organ with over 6800 pipes.

An estimated $100 million are needed to bring the building up to code. The organization that currently tries to market the Aud has raised $55 million so far and they’re optimistic to reach $75 million soon.

Yearly operating costs are estimated between $3 to $5 million.

Some renderings on what may be one day (though I’m doubtful):

God I hope that could happen. I think converting it to e-sports exclusive would be a mistake, but as a multipurpose venue that does e-sports, concerts, maybe G League basketball, and stuff like that could be a winner. It's a shame that when they built the Centrum they effectively left this one to rot on the vine, I know Worcester has limited need for such venues with the arena and the Hanover Theater but this is such a gem and it needs to be preserved.
