It looks to have been taken right by Rte 195 close to where it meets Rte 95. Rte 195 is elevated there so I would think it may possibly have been taken from the highway.

I seriously doubt that. The angle/point of view is completely wrong to have been taken from the highway. There is an observation deck located @ Collier Point Park off of Allens Avenue, where possibly this picture was taken. But I'm sticking to my drone theory.

Mark replied that it was taken by a drone launched from Collier Park on the waterfront just south east of the junction of Routes 195 and 95.

The District Park Pavilion by the pedestrian bridge is gearing up for a May opening. Will house the Guild Brewery (which had run the outdoor beer garden at the park) and a Seven Stars bakery and coffee operation.
