Looking good, I just hope they have some gooood sound proofing and air filtration being directly next to the highway and airport. Not only will there be highway noise but planes landing directly over top.

This is really coming out nicely. Triple pane windows and the only air input goes through a filtered ERV. Having walked the site a number of times it is surprisingly remarkable how much sound is blocked out along the south, highway facing, portion of the building.

A new 170-home mixed-use development that’s currently under construction on the southern edge of Day Square had been planning to build, with private funding, significant safety improvements to a 500-foot segment of Bennington Street between Day Square and Neptune Road.
But in a hearing last week at Boston’s Public Improvements Commission – a panel of city transportation a public works officials that reviews infrastructure changes to the city’s public streets – an agent of the project’s developer revealed a new plan that would scrap the safety improvements in favor of creating more more publicly-subsidized private vehicle storage.

there are residential neighbors and there are business neighbors. you can guess which ones want the parking and got the change.
Also, in fairness, its a 260' long bike lane where it transitions back to the street up until Neptune St and then becomes sharrows again. it wasnt going to be as ground breaking as claimed in the article.
