That development is 25 Garvey Street (street view). It's a 6-story, 125-unit affordable development (9 studios, 29 one-bedroom, 73 two-bedroom, and 14 three-bedroom) with 93 parking spaces (78 spaces in a garage, plus an additional 15 surface parking spaces). Completion is expected in Summer 2027.

“A redevelopment proposal has been submitted to transform a 1.62-acre industrial property into a new mixed-use residential development featuring 310 apartments, including 31 deed-restricted affordable units. The project calls for the demolition of a 30,000-square-foot single-story industrial warehouse built in 1975 and the construction of a mixed-use building with 3,875 square feet of ground-floor retail space, structured parking with 91 spaces, and a range of indoor and outdoor resident amenities…….”

That's quite the haircut and unit loss for Sofia Everett. This was supposed to be a 21-story addition to Everett. The financing hardship must be real.
