“Berkeley Investments has acquired the former Sinai Hospital property at 150 and 143 York Street in Stoughton for $7.6 million, advancing plans to redevelop the approximately 31-acre site into a mixed-use residential community. The Boston-based developer is proposing roughly 330 housing units, including a mix of four-story apartment buildings and approximately 25 to 30 townhomes, with the townhomes positioned along York Street and the apartment buildings located toward the rear of the property……”
