New planning board presentation, as part of the project receiving its final special permit determination yesterday. Minor adjustments to building layout and reductions to parking capacity, with further potential to reduce future parking build out if it's not utilized. No substantive new renders, except the bridge as part of the presentation, but there was an animated fly through of the proposed Fawcett "Bend Park" & pedestrian bridge area in the Livestream ~1:07 mark -
However, as far as the bridge is concerned, that's not happening anytime soon; per the City, citing a letter from the MBTA & Eng, the MBTA is taking a 3 year punt on it to conduct a study on adding an urban rail infill here - while the T apparently has committed to allowing a crossing here, it wants to wait until they get the study results back to Cambridge in 3 years to determine bridge or station. If it ends up being a station, healthpeak contributing to enough of that which would function like a pedestrian bridge would also fullfil their requirement.
