It’s interesting that the property was already being rebuilt into a multifamily but they stopped and proposed a MFH project. The locals will probably be out with pitchforks for this one.

But it is right across the street from the Jefferson Park housing project, which is fairly high density, so that peripheral location may give it a pass with the NIMBYs.

I realize this is for an old meeting, but did anybody else notice the extraordinary dishonesty of showing 7 stories for a 6 story project? They even list it as 6 stories in the lower right so there's no excuses.
