I wonder if or how the Bromfield proposal will change as a result of this. DTX could really use a residential high-rise in that spot, although I'm doubtful that the original 683' tower will be proposed again.

I can't wait for 200 Sudbury (the second residential tower) to start construction. It seemingly isn't part of Phase 3.

"1001 Boylston" sounds a lot better than "CarGurus Tower" IMO.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the Concord Rotary project is still planned, just not funded.

Raffles is much more visually impactful than I anticipated. This is a great development IMO.

I hope this is what actually ends up happening sometime soon. The naysayers at the NH State Legislature seemingly won't ever come around to this project, which is a real shame.

I don't feel like that's necessarily a fair comparison to make. None of those bridges are as notable or visually impactful as the Tobin.

I wish it was still residences and not office/research space, but it's a good development for the area regardless.

The design looks a lot more sterile than the previous iteration, but I'd argue that the redesign fits better amongst the Providence skyline. The previous design looked like it was from Miami.
