    PLAN: Downtown

Yes, I remember when the tower was scrapped in 2016, which is why I was confused regarding the BPDA Director's comment that 1 Bromfield St. is one of the "properties that can get a second look" since it hasn't been an active proposal in 7 years. I assume he must be referring to the current 11-21...

    PLAN: Downtown

I wonder if or how the Bromfield proposal will change as a result of this. DTX could really use a residential high-rise in that spot, although I'm doubtful that the original 683' tower will be proposed again.

Bulfinch Crossing | Congress Street Garage | West End

I can't wait for 200 Sudbury (the second residential tower) to start construction. It seemingly isn't part of Phase 3.

    Parcel 12 | 1001 Boylston Street | Back Bay

"1001 Boylston" sounds a lot better than "CarGurus Tower" IMO.

    Unbuilt Highways in Massachusetts

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the Concord Rotary project is still planned, just not funded.

    Crazy Highway Pitches

I'm a few months late posting this, but better late than never. These were the preliminary concepts for an interchange at MA 23 in Russell. This image is from the I-90 Interchange Study Final Report, page 4-10. This potential interchange was dropped from consideration in the recent study...

    Green Line Reconfiguration

I feel like a phased tunneling plan is the most realistic chance of a grade-separated GL to Nubian becoming a reality. I'm concerned about how expensive it might be to cut & cover under Washington Street, though. I also wonder about the feasibility of using a TBM, although it would depend on the...

Raffles Boston (40 Trinity Place) | 426 Stuart Street | Back Bay

Raffles is much more visually impactful than I anticipated. This is a great development IMO.

    Commuter Rail to New Hampshire?

I hope this is what actually ends up happening sometime soon. The naysayers at the NH State Legislature seemingly won't ever come around to this project, which is a real shame.

    🔹 What's Happening With Project X?

Late reply, pretty sure this is the thread: 251 Causeway St | West End

Why isn't the Tobin bridge lit up at night?

I don't feel like that's necessarily a fair comparison to make. None of those bridges are as notable or visually impactful as the Tobin.

I wish it was still residences and not office/research space, but it's a good development for the area regardless.

Hope Point Tower (Fane) | 250 Dyer Street | Providence

The design looks a lot more sterile than the previous iteration, but I'd argue that the redesign fits better amongst the Providence skyline. The previous design looked like it was from Miami.
