How many HP/PB meetings have there been so far? I know in one meeting I watched for the Bayside development they requested "variety" amongst the buildings. But that was an early meeting and there was no direction beyond that. I'm wondering if something like that happened here? Also, quickly...

CSS refers to it as 29 Commercial - whether correctly or incorrectly - for those interested in watching/digging in further.

It looks like the current plan is for the Galt Block (29 Commercial St) to become a 58 room hotel + retail. I remember there was discussion (and maybe even an HP meeting) on adding a dormer, but I thought they were talking residential. Oh well, what's one more hotel.

Two structures - an 11 unit and a 3 unit - proposed for 246 Eastern Promenade: These would replace a parking lot and one existing structure that has 12 efficiency and one bedroom units - so net gain is actually just 2 units (and I doubt the new units will be priced the same as the old ones)

2017: I don't have a pic of how it turned out... but you all know, it's basically the same parking lot with two red swings. ...and then on the other side of Ocean Gateway, the Portland Harbor Common...

The parking lot next to Ocean Gateway could be a great spot for something impressive... but I don't remember the rendering being all that impressive. Aren't they starting construction on that soon?
