I did like the curvy proposal but breaking up the site/footprint like this does help. I think parcel 6 successful for that reason. Hope it gets builttttt!

Haha that tower was not an example of exceptional design. It was failed money making scheme. I like a good tower but the obsession over height for heights sake is antiquated. A lot of these comments sound maudlin. There is lots happening and there is a future…

The concerns the article referenced were mostly related to height and around students occupying the building.

Curious what the terra-cotta panels will look like. All the projects so far have some orange/red vibe…

Does anyone know is parking minimums are reduced in TOD districts, eliminated or no consequence? Seems weird to have minimums in such designated spaces.... but I don't know much about them.

Yes that’s the spot I was randomly thinking! But all the above would be cool IMO! That said, dreaming for something more “landmarky” for 200 Dyer, the parking lot and the 195 commission’s parcel 14.
