I'm not sure when exactly it opened, but I walked by a few weeks ago and it looked completed.

The ship in drydock in those renders appears to be the Titanic, albeit without its funnels. An oddly specific design choice, if you ask me.

That means we can pretend its already finished!

Between this and Kenmore Square North, I truly cannot believe that historic buildings are being destroyed like this as if it were the 1960s all over again
