    Re: Driven By Customer 'Service' Parte Dos Does the T have any plans to put fare machines in more outlying, non-subway areas? The one in Worcester never seems to work and there are two at Central Square, Lynn. Any others? I vaguely recall one in Lowell, but I think it is LRTA.

    F-Line, quick question. Who runs the Boston-Montreal bus route that goes to Albany and up 87? To do that via Greyhound requires a transfer in Albany, is not faster than the route through New Hampshire (probably because of transfer time) and is a once a day option.

    Completely agree with you Matthew, there are corridors (like Broadway in Everett) that have massive ridership but remain overlooked and definitely are deserving and NEED the late night service. That last 109 trip of the night almost always has standees. And the 104 and 109 combined would be #15...
