Happy 4th!

Between these 4 buildings, my recollection is ~175 new housing units about to come online. Rentals and condos and luxury passive haus condos (I think that is Elan Sassoon’s bldg). Plus…3 new retail storefronts and a pocket park. Not bad!

They’re pulling out all the stops on this one. (Sorry, couldn’t resist). Definitely seems robust and built for ‘tough tech’ prototyping and fabrication.

Ok, I get the Gateway-ness now.

I’d say it’s a huge improvement in fact. This area needs many more rentals that would be more attractive to young and single and highly educated workers who simply can’t afford the exorbitant condo going-rate.
