Sometimes I wonder if a highway busway or HOV conversion would satisfy some of the upper middle class northwestern burbs. I know that the folks further up Route 2 seem to constantly say they want highway "BRT".

The workers also need the breaks. I think productivity slipped on the OL shutdown as the weeks went by because there was no recovery time for the workers. I also think that the holidays would result in (1) a lot of call outs and (2) long term disgruntled workforce.

That would be how I would describe the area too. I just know as a transplant that there are also long established histories of names for places that people so get very particular about too.
