I'm with @goldenretrievers on this one. They're different developments. If St. Regis Residences, Echelon Seaport, Commonwealth Pier, and 10 World Trade Center are distinctive enough not to bundle, then so too are Assembly Innovation Park, Assembly Row, and Assembly Square Gateway.

There are '3' existing apartment buildings in that photo--not 1. Calling them Stalinesque or Stalinist is a stretch. The urban form here and mixed use composition of the different buildings is a lot more varied than Soviet-era housing blocs baked in, at least in the mid-century.

I didn't realize this was net-zero development. Among that, SeaPAC, permanent job creation, and public realm improvements, this is the type of new development any other city would envy. Kudos to the development team!
