With CRE the way it is, I don't get why the owners of this building wouldn't wanna capitalize on having the observation deck back as a major tourist attraction and making money on this. Seems like a no-brainer.

Feel like the lab/commercial component should be flipped for the residential here given the waning demand for office space.

Crazy that there is still much land available to develop in this part of Boston. Hopefully the developers and the city don't squander these opportunities to make a sizeable dent in the housing issue.

It would be great if Revere beach or Nantasket beach brought back a roller coaster. Feel like it would help Revere beach/Nantasket to their glory days and help make them both destinations. Not sure if there's an appetite for that given all of the "higher" end places going in at Revere.

Hope they put in a decent amount of ground level retail in these buildings instead of just lobbies. Would be great to have that part of fort point channel have a nice little cluster of restaurants and shops rather than the dead zone it is today.

Agreed. Let's build this now. If they can also create some plans remove all of those industrial buildings behind this and build more residential Sullivan square will no longer feel like no mans land.
