    Unlikely, given that Congress Street currently acts as an extension of the CAT on-ramp at the Congress & Purchase intersection. I'd love to see the City Center Link happen as shown in the concept map, but that City is going to have to sacrifice a good deal of vehicle queuing space on Congress...
