Green Line Extension to Medford & Union Sq

No lines will need to be moved. The new map was designed in a way to fit the GLX in. It just slots right in:

Regional New England Rail (Amtrak & State DOT & NEC)

Renamed the thread to Intercity Rail instead of Regional Rail, as RR is often used to describe commuter rail systems, while Amtrak is more about Intercity Rail service.

    Youtube/Encore room views of Skyline

Per the title, the thread is actually about skyline/views FROM Encore and not OF Encore itself, so I didn't want to merge it with Encore. The skyline thread is probably where this belongs. Shmessy has made it about views of the rooms instead of views from the rooms. Given the OP did not post...

New Red and Orange Line Cars

WMATA held a VIP only press event the first day of the first 7000 series and then from the next day on, it was running from morning rush thru the day as part of the fleet. Full revenue service was scheduled to begin HALF A YEAR AGO (at least). Also, you can track the train with our webapp at...

New Red and Orange Line Cars

Yes, but the T's tweet indicated it will only be running mid-day/not in full service for the foreseeable future. That is unacceptable after being billed as and marketed to the press as being ready to go. This isn't like the Type 9s where they were mere supplements. These are the actual...

New Red and Orange Line Cars

I think the original goal after the pilot train was a new train every 3-4 weeks, so this would jive with that. They should be at the point of churning these out regularly now. They've reported the Alstom issue is entirely resolved.
