This actually wont even look that bad....

Just a couple things: Walgreens across from CVS at chinatown is now open, Nan Ling Chinese on mass ave is becoming "Dumpling Palace", and The McDonald's in chinatown is closed for some reason....not sure if it's permanent.

This one is beginning to show itself from Tremont street (Anyone with good zoom should go for it)

Saw an ad for this while waiting for the train and it's called "Portside at East Pier" now.

shitty pic but you can really see the impact this building will make in this area if you think of the yellow part as the "facade" of the tower.

So it begins..

I just read the permit in front and according to it, the burger king that once existed next to the Wendy's on Boylston street is now becoming a Chipotle.
