It certainly isn’t beautiful, there is something very “MIT” about it. Clean, simple, functional and also a little mysterious. I don’t like it per se, but I don’t hate it.

I’m not an expert, but 1 minute sounds like a painfully long time to sit around with the doors open. I can’t imagine any stop before Park taking more than 20 seconds or so. Park is a special case of course.

Reframe your perspective to when that “Boston” building was originally built. There was someone at the time commenting that it wasn’t a real Boston building - it speaks more of Buffalo or Cincinnati.
