They are for maintenance and storage purposes and departing passengers will remain in the climate controlled terminal until boarding. The gal with the pink suitcase just spent the weekend with me and is leaving Portland as quickly as possible. She is actually walking in the "circulation"...

I think it will eventually have a bird's eye rendering of the piers along the Portland waterfront which will be unique. Most visitors driving by will probably not understand it!

Not sure how long this rendering has been posted on a sign at the tower site but the pocket park looks pretty good.

One Portland Square might be going a little overboard with the exterior signage but if it keeps these companies located downtown so be it.
