401 Park Drive (née Landmark Center) | Fenway

It won't read like another blue glass building from street level though...

Ragon Institute | 624 Main Street | Kendall Square

Demolition of the site has started. Albany St is closed now except for that parking garage access. Photo taken from Portland St.

401 Park Drive (née Landmark Center) | Fenway

First glass is in... it looks pretty clear and high quality. The first few floors have them set back in the building a bit behind some sort of industrial window pane element.

Last night's super moon from Central Square

BU Data Sciences Center | 665 Commonwealth Avenue | BU Central

Going higher still... this is from Central Square, Cambridge. Pierce is behind it doing some window spring cleaning. I'll have a great view as cantilevers are built so expect more.

    16-Story Apartment Tower | 76 Ashford Street | Allston

They definitely edited downtown to be somewhere out by Jamaica Plain in those last two renders

The Engine (MIT) | 730-750 Main Street | Cambridge

What are those old warehouse facadectomies going to be? I tried looking it up once but couldn't find anything.

Kenmore Square North (WHOOP) | 533-541 Commonwealth Ave | Fenway

New crane gracing the skyline today - I watched them build it around mid-day. View from Central Square, Cambridge.

Kendall Common ( née Volpe Redevelopment) | Kendall Sq | Cambridge

I'm really confused by this angle. Is that modern building in the background with the orange stripe a Biogen building (225 Binney)? If so, that would make the double-yellow road 5th Street, which is not currently connected to Binney. Are they reestablishing the street grid? I hadn't heard this -...

Noticed them putting the last panel into place for the front facade. Cool image through a dirty window :ROFLMAO:

    SUPERCEDED MXD | Kendall Square

So I'm looking out from my apartment right now and the sign is lit up for the first time tonight. Even though there are plenty of other buildings with signage in Kendall Square, they are mostly 6-10 stories. Kind of striking to see that orange logo at night around 270' in the air.

Kendall Common ( née Volpe Redevelopment) | Kendall Sq | Cambridge

That building in the background? Pretty sure that's the proposed building going up on the north side of the Blue Garage. The current Volpe building is to the left of the render frame.

MIT East Campus - Kendall Square Gateway | Cambridge

I work in Kendall Square and I don't think I ever realized until this picture just how close these two cantilevered buildings will be to each other. Kind of looks like a pile of blocks to me now.

One Kenmore Square | 560 Commonwealth Avenue | Kenmore Square

Looks great! Except every time I see that profile view I picture someone on the sidewalk in January getting impaled by a falling icicle. Public space will shrink reallll quick in winter.

    Unbuilt roads around metro Boston

My guess (and this is pure speculation) is that this had to do with driving culture in the 1920s. This was the same time that Robert Moses was building all sorts of tree-lined parkways throughout Long Island - perfect for taking the whole family out of the city with the new Chevy. We got some of...

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

So I noticed something this evening that I hadn't noticed before or seen posted on here. Unfortunately I couldn't snap a picture because I was on the bus. I was going over the BU Bridge at sunset looking towards downtown; the reflective notches on both the John Hancock building and Millennium...

MIT East Campus - Kendall Square Gateway | Cambridge

Nice pictures, BeeLine! The gradient really falls apart 2/3 the way up. It's like they skipped 3 floors. This last picture is actually a little flattering to what it looks like in person, in my opinion.
