I'm thinking it's dispatching/signals. The amount of times and length of time seemingly sitting still for no reason has been much more noticeable recently. But as I said upthread, I have nothing to back this up except for anecdotal experience... Maybe our operator can give some insight?

Not sure if that's a sarcastic comment or not, but I've frequently seen crews just sheet up a house and come back a day or two later to cut out all the windows with a router or circular saw, not much to do with framing. Wasteful, but that's construction... Honestly, if their windows are on...
