    I wasn't commenting on what was next, I was discussing why the east parcel plan was originally 3 buildings but is now only 1. The residential building is on the west parcel.

    thats why there is only 1 building in the plan now. 'near' the tunnels, not on them or supports through the stations as the previous 3 building iteration would have required.
