Sorry if the answer is obvious, but...: when is this project expected to come up for official approval? I suspect there's a byzantine labyrinth of approvals/committees -- when would this likely receive the 'green light' to begin construction? ps) Apologies for the sub-par pun.

According to the Theatre's own website: "Demolition for the 252-254 Huntington Avenue buildings is projected to commence in early 2019. Huntington is projected to begin renovations during the 2020-2021 season."...

Your own construction list has this project listed as, "Govt Center office tower/Downtown 43 stories + tall mech screen 647' tip" Has something changed?
