Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

    They call me “the janitor.”

Downtown/Financial district infill and small developments

For that crowd, the proposed name is WAY too literate (I kid!).

Can attest the bar — while not exactly hopping — is v nice (and expensive) and has wonderful staff. Here’s hoping this place evolves into a destination.

Downtown/Financial district infill and small developments

All but the most adventurous hardcore -- actual "hardcore" and not math or post-hardcore or art punk etc etc etc. -- is pretty exclusively 4/4. There's plenty of cut-time in the breakdowns, but that's not a time signature change. Agree it wouldn't be a terrible name for a first band, though...

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

Maybe? Is the Flatiron-ish development/proposal across from The Buckminster in Kenmore totally dead?

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Informative and well-written post -- thanks! Also: curious how you're enjoyng life in CX. It's a really fascinating development not that far from my own digs. Oh, and I, too, really like the new Winthrop park, especially the fountain (both are better than the "tower" and certainly less...
