This building has been approved! Despite getting a lil haircut on the height I think this building went through a nice evolution. The street condition is on point with small scale retail proposed for the space.

12 floors, 158' tall. Not sure how feasible a 12 storey living wall will be but one can dream that it won't get VE'd out, right?

Anyone know anything about this? 2021 FAA submission for an approved antenna height increase from 907' to 940' above grade. Judging by the photos the antenna addition hasn't happened yet but may happen by the summer...
Found the FAA records for the height on this one. 398' to the top of the top of the building and they requested an obstruction evaluation extension earlier this year for the building whereas they have not done so for the tower crane yet...
When I entered the information on SkyscraperPage I used the BPDA's approved height "not including mech. penthouse" of 298' then referenced the official height from the CTBUH for the roof which they listed as 324'. Afaik this should be the actual height, but either way those floor counts are correct.
I'm confident the revenue from the billboard outweighed the increased vacancy/lower rents from the units behind it when they completed the feasibility studies. However ignorant this looks, there was careful consideration to the bottom line and a little too much confidence in the Boston housing...
I can't tell from the article preview/paywall - is this a teardown of the existing garage w/ a new build, conversion of the existing garage to lab space, or an addition of lab space on top of the existing garage a la 22 Boston Wharf Road?
