The presentation attached by @millerm277 states it is for the street-running portion between Brigham Circle and Heath.

The interior will brighten a bit as it's fitted out; but yeah... that's some soul-sucking glass.

Some of these one-story commercial buildings were once two or three-story structures with retail below and residential up top. High property tax rates in the 50s/60s/70s led to owners demolishing the upper levels to save on taxes. These single-level buildings actually do have the foundations to...

FWIW, the full-depth reconstruction was only on the South Huntington portion of the line, between Riverway and Heath. I walk past the Brigham-Riverway section multiple times a week and it is in dire shape, IMO. I hope and expect that the closure would focus on replacing that portion of the line.
