North End Cross Street Boutique Hotel | 42 Cross Street | North End

I find it not a good entrance to the North End. I would prefer a little more flow to the rest of the North End. High quality, darker Brick. Maybe a floor lower (4-5 stories) with complete first floor dining and patios. This looks very corporate and uninviting. They have a lot of work to do. I...

It looks like the pasta with marinara you get from the top tier Italian restaurant. Perfect comparison too

One Kenmore Square | 560 Commonwealth Avenue | Kenmore Square

Kenmore Square Hotel advances in approval stage for the 660 Beacon Street parcel (Approved)- one step further to construction. Hoping it commences this year! Big win today for the project and see little reason why it wouldnt start by December 2021.

Take Back The Streets (...and alleys)

That alley in the Red Sox Development, if successful, MAY pave the way for future development like that. Cross your fingers.

Evolving use of Office and other Space

I like a mix of coming in and WFH. 9-5 is useless and has low productivity and exclusively WFH is equally as bad.

Take Back The Streets (...and alleys)

I think everyone I know has been saying this for as long as I can remember. I have no idea why Boston hasn't capitalized on this yet. A big issue is noone sane will open a restaurant in Boston with the unfathomably high cost it is to have a liquor license and other associated costs. Lets face...

    What I hate about Boston

The three things that annoy me most about Boston 1. Nightlife/Liquor Laws/No Drink Specials- Its really pathetic. If I want to go out after work I shouldn't have to see if I have $100 to grab drinks because a beer wants to be $8 in Boston. Its so expensive. And restaurants are struggling...

    11-21 Bromfield Street | DTX | Downtown

Im not a big proponent of height as previously noted by my posts, but Downtown Crossing is the heart of the city and I would really like a 500-600fter that has Residential Space. But hey if they can make Office Space work, why not. I do think this spae should be developed a little better than it...

Raffles Boston (40 Trinity Place) | 426 Stuart Street | Back Bay

Boy y Now you have this, Parcel 12, all the Fenway stuff, 252 Huntington Ave, Midtown Hotel Development, Kenmore Hotel, and potentially whatever happens to Hynes, Lord and Taylor and the Parcel 15 development. Very jealous of your view in circa 2-10 years lol

    Supertalls in Boston?

I think a few more 500-700fters in the Back Bay and like a very well done 850-900fter would finish off any skyscraper boom in Boston for me.
