In Mass DOT's defense if one reads their link it says the "northside of the highway" NOT 128 NB as Universal Hub incorrectly says.

That's a pretty bad out of scale rendering by Mass Dot, correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that's 128 north of Grove St., Lexington and but that is not northbound but southbound. Last I knew there was no noise wall on the northbound side.
