I'm sure others have had this criticism - but why these stubby 12 story buildings? This should be prime frontage for 20-28 stories of modern residential with water views and a showcase of how much potential this area has. Am I missing something?

Good 4-story, dense infill in a kind of bare part of East Boston abutting the Airport property - Gove St and Geneva St - not sure of the address. Right on the corner of this is empty lots, mechanic shops. and single family homes with garages. Really shows the area is changing as its less than 10...

This is almost as much of a waste of a parcel as the Haymarket Garage.
