Bromfield St. is grimey and underutilized but it has it's charm. It's probably one of the most 'East Village' kind of streets we have in Boston. It doesn't need demolition, it needs more activity going on.
That's because its women into the overall design. This seems like an afterthought with little justification for existing other than attempting" something cool because, why not."

I think it looks a lot better but the smaller massing, if it were lower would accentuate the main tower more. In some views the width to height ratio is not as great as I would like to see it. Overall, it looks nice.

Despite what people think about the city, the need for some large scale parking garages are a reality. How it's clad and what happens on the ground level can be up for discussion and debated, sure.
