Bromfield St. is grimey and underutilized but it has it's charm. It's probably one of the most 'East Village' kind of streets we have in Boston. It doesn't need demolition, it needs more activity going on.

This design would be a lot less of a mess if it didn't have those glass "cube" cantilevers on the front and rear.

Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District I think it looks a lot better but the smaller massing, if it were lower would accentuate the main tower more. In some views the width to height ratio is not as great as I would like to see it. Overall, it looks nice.

Re: Dock Square Parking Garage, 20 Clinton Street Despite what people think about the city, the need for some large scale parking garages are a reality. How it's clad and what happens on the ground level can be up for discussion and debated, sure.

It's better than a bunch of exposed mechanical units. The screen could be a little more articulated though.
