Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

There isn't much in the way of building density at South Station compared to the density at Winthrop square so I think that the SST will really stand out quite nicely. It may even be dramatic in the skyline.

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

I would love too see another 20 floors but I think it's nearing the top floors at this point.

The St Regis Residences (former Whiskey Priest site) | 150 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

This is another example of the tower looking much better than the rendering. It's a very impressive addition to the seaport. Kudos to Beeline for the recent pics as well.

Bulfinch Crossing | Congress Street Garage | West End

There's a lot of hate of the revised proposal and perhaps justified but the streetscape will be so much better when the garage is leveled. Maybe, just maybe, the actual building will be far better than the rendering.

One Post Office Square Makeover and Expansion | Financial District

I have to admit that my initial reaction to when this was proposed was just meh, another glass tower, but as construction (recladding) nears completion, I'm very impressed.

Raffles Boston (40 Trinity Place) | 426 Stuart Street | Back Bay

Right ... let's surround the JHT with a bunch of nondescript midrise towers and watch how that enhances the look of it,

Raffles Boston (40 Trinity Place) | 426 Stuart Street | Back Bay

That's a cool pic. Nice! Unfortunately, the very close proximity of the Raffles tower will only diminish the iconic JHT.

The Cove | Green Street | Worcester

A handful of years ago, the canal district was little more than a shithole on the Worcester radar. The transformation in just the past couple of years, which is still ongoing, has been amazing. Whether the canal district becomes economically viable (to pay the bonds) remains to be seen but I...

The Cove | Green Street | Worcester

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I think the new proposal is far superior. The original rendering looked overwhelming to the flow of the local streetscape and this appears to fit nicely.
