New Red and Orange Line Cars

Considering the new red and orange line cars are so similar, will we see a revenue red line train soon?

Prism Apts. | 50 Rogers St | Kendall Square | Cambridge

I cringed so hard when I passed this and saw that "refactor your life" marketing.

Green Line Extension to Medford & Union Sq

I drove by the Union Square station today and it looked like GLX is getting ready to install track on one side of the platform!

I drove by earlier today and there is still a gap.

Green Line Extension to Medford & Union Sq

Interesting, I'll have to revisit the plans. The way that this is being constructed (but poorly photographed by me) it looks like they'll become steps from Prospect St.

    Design a Better Franklin Park

I just want to chime and say that my wife and I have brought our 3mo to stroll around Franklin Park twice during quarantine. Last time we were there, a bunch of people were picnicking in the Playstead.

    Allston-Brighton Infill and Small Developments

The city did an amazing job with Smith Playground. The hockey rink is really well made, and the pump track is constantly utilized. Bravo! Can't wait till phase two is complete and the statue is finally completed.

New Red and Orange Line Cars

Just rode 01403 from Back Bay to Mass Ave. Beyond immediately calling the Mass Ave station at back bay and then having to cycle thru all the stops, it was a smooth ride. Lots of people set up with cameras grabbing pics and taping the first run. The new LCDs with bus connections are nkce, but I...

Marriott Moxy Hotel | 240 Tremont Street (Parcel P-7A) | Theater District

That aligned with a pedestrianized Canal St would have been amazing. on topic, the moxy is great. Too bad Kneeland is such a shitshow of a street. Riding on kneeland is one of the worst experiences in the city.

    Logan Airport Capital Projects

Seems they just got merged into Terminal C. According to the article below, Terminal E was going to be renamed Terminal D and that just... didn't happen? https://web.archive.org/web/20060301205713/http://www.boston.com/business/ticker/2006/02/attention_logan.html

New Red and Orange Line Cars

You've got CRRC to blame for that. I have a buddy who is working on validating these, and according to him, this is one issue where the T's only fault is contracting out to CRRC.

I'm pretty certain it was a design consideration. I was standing almost atop that plaque on tremont.
