MGH Ragon Building | 55 Fruit Street | West End

This could be AB's first award for "Most impressive building that may actually be too tall".

10 World Trade | BGI Office Tower (Massport Parcel A2) | Seaport

This thing is a masterpiece! I’m glad that it’s darker than the renders showed.

North Station Gateway | 251 Causeway St | Bulfinch Triangle

So is anyone else wondering why a perfectly functional and nice-looking building needs to be demolished? edit: NV - I see the questioning on page 2 and mention of the garage across the street.

Greenway Residential Building | 55 India Street | Downtown

30-50 stories here is ridiculous. It should be 130-150.

Shreve, Crump & Low Redevelopment | 334-364 Boylston Street | Back Bay

I am not sure if I mentioned it in this forum, but I definitely told people that the original building wasn’t even close to being the best building on the block.

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

Same here. I was concerned from the renderings that it would look awkward, but the setbacks from the front/back views are stellar.

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

This is turning out to be one of the coolest 700 foot buildings around. I still can’t believe how awesome this looks contrasted against the head house.

    Medical Office/R&D | 17 Bradston Street | South End

Whatever version is fine, but DAMN those are the most dramatic transformations I recall seeing in a time.

Shreve, Crump & Low Redevelopment | 334-364 Boylston Street | Back Bay

So you don’t think that’s just a weeeee bit of an exaggeration?

Hurley Building Redevelopment | 19 Staniford St | West End

Great question. I want to answer “No, with a long BUT”, but also any sort of compromise that leaves any of the outside facade standing is most likely going to look like some Frankenstein-y mismatch. Demolition seems like the safest bet. EDIT: Then again, if they can do some sort of treatment a...

Sorry, completely my bad everyone. I totally misjudged where the parcels actually were. Disregard my question.
