    COVID-19 in Boston

Why even take the chance for this type of venue to be open when you can spread the virus? The casino is not an essential business. It only justifies entertainment and it increases the chances of spreading the virus around the area. That is why Everett, Chelsea, are so infected with corona...

Federal Government's Response to the Coronavirus

Assets are all in an inflationary bubble. You know what isn't in an inflationary bubble-- American wages which can't keep up with the cost of housing, healthcare, childcare, and education. Record amounts of unemployment-- I guess you can blame that on Covid-19 or you can say that the U.S...

Federal Government's Response to the Coronavirus

I guess real estate, healthcare, childcare, food, and education did not make the real inflation gauge. Only the most important components of living a stable and healthy life. Low interest rates forever has worked well.

Pinnacle at Central Wharf (Harbor Garage) | 70 East India Row | Waterfront | Downtown

Definitely brings Boston in the 21st century of some amazing architecture. To leave the garage as is and not move forward with the developer's proposal would be a sin for the city of Boston.

Pinnacle at Central Wharf (Harbor Garage) | 70 East India Row | Waterfront | Downtown

This building would be a centerpiece and is perfectly designed to replace Harbor Garage in such a needed area that would positively change the Greenway and Waterfront for the better. I applaud the developer's design. The building would be Icon and a masterpiece for the city of Boston.

Pinnacle at Central Wharf (Harbor Garage) | 70 East India Row | Waterfront | Downtown

This is common sense-- For some reason certain members can post information that seems to be misleading along with setting a negative narrative around the project but when you question the agenda you only get threaten by being removed. If they had a vote on the overall population in Mass to...

    COVID-19 in Boston

The corporations have a global labor pool. You can conduct business in a location that the cost of living is $10 dollars day vs Boston $300 dollars a day . I just don't know how the prices in the major US cities just don't collapse in NYC, Boston, SF, LA, Chicago. The bondholders/Investors...

Comments like this--- How do you know? Why does it even matter? If anybody is calling into the question of character on this board. The writer is calling out the developer's character. So why can't other writers on this board question the writer's motives? I don't care if the writer...

Pinnacle at Central Wharf (Harbor Garage) | 70 East India Row | Waterfront | Downtown

I really don't see anything wrong with the written content I wrote up above. If anything the writer is creating a legal narrative which is not based on data or facts. I was just curious if the writer has an agenda creating a legal narrative based on a development that stays in limbo for a...

Pinnacle at Central Wharf (Harbor Garage) | 70 East India Row | Waterfront | Downtown

It seems you have sometype of personal vendetta against the developer spewing legal mumbo jumbo on a architectural message board that is supposed to be about building designs, aesthetics, urban fabric incorporated into the city environment. To continue to state some accurate information then...

Pinnacle at Central Wharf (Harbor Garage) | 70 East India Row | Waterfront | Downtown

This is an architectural board to talk about amazing structures, designs, and the aesthetics to the city. Who cares who owns the garage. The groups that represent protecting the waterfront are disingenuous to the public along with using their political powers to manipulate that the garage...

Pinnacle at Central Wharf (Harbor Garage) | 70 East India Row | Waterfront | Downtown

I just said nobody knows who actually owns the garage. These groups are crying global climate change, race inequality and rising seas to prevent the development. What's next the Aquarium Executives, NIMBYS, and CLF, will deem Harbor Garage as a Historical monument? These groups basically...
