    150 Kneeland Street | Chinatown

The city needs some sort of sliding scale for affordable housing requirements- in prosperous economic times its higher and when the economy is struggling there would be lower thresholds.

Fenway Corners (Red Sox) | 1 Jersey Street | Fenway

Im curious what the Red Sox ownership group's goals are, short term, long term etc. The fan experience concerns are not what I was after here

Fenway Corners (Red Sox) | 1 Jersey Street | Fenway

Anyone else think the Red Sox sell off these plans or sell once they are built? That's my suspicion, curious what others think.

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

11-4pm. Coffee shop opens at 7. It's probably realistic but it sucks its not open later on weekdays

Fenway Corners (Red Sox) | 1 Jersey Street | Fenway

I think it has much less to do with this local development and more to do with their aspirations for buying more sports franchises. Rumors swirl of their desire to buy a nfl team, invest in the PGA, an NBA team, it goes on and on. The Red Sox are just another asset in their portfolio at this point

You're nitpicking so you can prove yourself correct. My whole point was while I AGREE WITH YOUR OVERALL CAUSE, you guys always manage to come across as extremist assholes and it hurts your cause. And you are continuing to prove my point. Railing against a minor side street and parking in...

That's one poll with a small data set. I'm not even against you guys but this stuff just proves how militant you are

I disagree, it doesnt come across that way at all to me. Agree to disagree

its possible I am misunderstanding, all I'm saying is the majority of the US population abhors bike lanes and the militant advocacy for bike lanes where they're not all that necessary in certain cases just works against the cause. Railing against creating a street with parking in between...

On The Dot | 505 Dorchester Avenue | South Boston

Little kids, old people, disabled people cant use bikes as transportation. When you're so resolute in your cause you can really hurt it. Perfect is the enemy of good enough is all I'm saying

    Roxbury Infill and Small Developments

I think you could make a case for this sure, but also Boston is just small physically. I was in London in the fall and it gives some perspective on what a truly large metropolitan city feels like, it feels very big!

Im pro bike, I mountain bike as much as I can, I want there to more bike lanes where they are needed and if there were more on major thoroughfares, I would bike more often in the city.... I think these type of borderline militant bike lane opinions really hurt the overall cause. There's a fully...

Echelon Seaport | 133-135 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

The foot traffic was way, way up with the decorations apparent from before the holidays which was nice to see. There's one restaurant (bodega mexican speak easy type) in Echelon and that's it. I think once the harbor way across the street is fully open and people can cut thru to Congress street...

I never noticed they want to re-route D street, interesting. It makes sense with more density the existing weird intersection of D Damrell and Dot Ave would be a mess

Seaport Neighborhood - Infill and Discussion

I was disappointed to see the SOWA winter market had its last day December 17th and didnt run thru Christmas. Big swing and miss for me as I wanted to last minute shop there. The $10 entrance fee was a bit of a mental hurdle to get over but shopping in a less crowded, less insane and temperature...
