The Brunswick college and institute signed an agreement to develop the 4+1 program, which will allow computer science undergraduates to take master's level courses.
I have been told it's been put on hold. Tied up with the City for permits and also due to the substantial material cost increases over the past year. Would have been a nice addition to the Portland roof top patio scene but it looks like it's not going to happen anytime soon.
Would have at least liked to have hit 20 to 24 stories but just glad to see something beyond 14 stories being built. Hopefully within the next 10 years we surpass the 20 story mark!
Had to know this was coming. Reducing the overall square footage by 27%. Reducing overall max building height from 210 ft. to 170 ft. Limit the planned hotel to eight stories and cut the retail space by 60%.
