Although I realize the Federal Street Tower Design at the top floor is significantly different than this design, something similar to this would be impressive from 295. Overall I like the latest design much better.

I always liked this project that was never built that was to be next to Back Bay Tower on Cumberland Ave. I particularly liked the top portion of the building with the arched roof at each side of the building.

Some aspects of this 16 story building I like such as the glass at the corners and the large glass windows at the top floor of the building. I realize the overall look and color scheme of this building would never work at the Federal Street location but in the end I would like to see a bit more...

Also, the plans are out from the GC for the Westerlea View Lofts project on Chestnut Street. It's a 7 story building with a footprint of approx 11,150 sq. feet. So that should be starting within the next couple of months.
