The problem is the destruction of the NY streets led to very few cut throughs between Tremont and Albany. These plazas are very useful for walkers --- this building is replacing a rather gross one between Shawmut and Washington. The one between Washington and Harrison is heavily trafficked.

Both/And probably the way to go here. It's next to NEIDL as mentioned above as well as BU Med. Lab space is hot in the South End, but there's no reason we cannot accompany it with lots of housing in a very popular n'hood. Plus, will keep Albany st active at more hours.

This is South End and under construction. re: Roxbury, the 02118 zip code, which this is in, is referred to as Roxbury by USPS, so you get it from address look up services. Nearly none of the present South End was once Roxbury, but ironically a chunk of Back Bay was.
