A lot of the nicer neighborhoods also benefit from having a hundred years of time to develop unique cultures, identities and destinations. The Seaport isn't even finished.

I had a lunch & learn from the consultant doing the engineering for this job. They've done a number of similar re-skinning projects in NYC with all the work being done WHILE the building is occupied. The trend makes financial sense and they seem to think that there will be a lot more of this...
