L Street Station Redevelopment (née Old Edison Plant)| 776 Summer Street | South Boston

L Street Station Redevelopment (née Old Edison Plant)| 776 Summer Street | South Boston

They really need to be thinking about a light rail extension here with this. It's a massive project and I don't see viable commuting patterns to downtown other than driving

Canopy by Hilton (née Haymarket Hotel) | Blackstone St | Parcel 9 | Greenway

This development was absolutely perfect for the area. Nice infill. Good amount of tourists (Could be up to 500 a night when fully booked!) Its scaled appropriately and fills in the messiness of this square. And it will help out the restaurants/businesses in the area by topping off the area with...

This seems like its taking a while. They've added two stories in the same time SSHQ added 16 stories lol. But Im starting to visualize the impacts of the Street Wall and I think it will be pretty alright. Great pics. This might turn out better than we hoped.

    2021 Boston Mayoral Race

Whoever can a) Build the most housing units. I dont care for big towers. Make a ton of 8-10 story buildings all over Boston. Closer to the core 12-16 stories. b) Fund the MBTA c) Achieve further equity in Mattapan, Roxbury, Dorchester, Hyde Park, etc with recreation and amenities. d) Redo the...

    "Dirty Old Boston"

I vaguely remember them. When I think of 1999 Prudential Center, I think of like a mediterranean/yellowish color. The mall is white now but it used to be like a yellowish tint. Fancy looking though.

    Crazy Transit Pitches

You see F LIne's proposals could never actually be implemented.. they make too much sense, and that's something the MBTA is not good at right now.
