The sign is posted on the adjacent lot (near Verizon, not outlined in the Boulos map) and listed as for lease with parking available. Wondering if that is part of the lot and the Boulos map is wrong... or maybe...

180 Washington currently being demolished - looks like the same owner as the proposed 4 unit from 2022, but those plans never made it to review.
