Proposed conversion of floors 2-5 of 215 Commercial into 9 residential units and 6 hotel units - no exterior changes proposed.

If the new draft dimensional standards get adopted this would be zoned for 250, could even get more floors out of it.

There's a few other structures that would have to be renovated or replaced to make it upscale - for example, the burned out building at 108 Washington, across from the cheese shop. Does anyone know when that burned out? On Google Maps it looks intact in 2019. There's also that slim blue house...

320 SF for a 1BR, 380SF for a 2BR is really quite small. Will be interesting to see the layouts.
