Nice design on the 2BR homes. Is the outer pavement circuit walking only as well or just in the interior paths? Otherwise you gotta haul your groceries all the way to unit 7?

I'm not 100% sold on the location being on the edge of the industrial park, would have rather seen it at the Payne/Haigis intersection. Something else is going in there now, but it would have been on the back side of the "town center"

This is what I'm wondering - originally Lot 3 was 1/3 of the block and fronted Cumberland, Pearl and Myrtle. The red box above is to scale based on dimensions on the elevations, so how does the latest hotel plan fit with this?

Are you allowed to shrink the footprint without going back for an amendment?

I'm confused by the elevations - why is the Cumberland view shorter than the Pearl/Myrtle elevations? Is Lot 3 not the one the stretches along Cumberland?

Unfortunately it looks like some of the cornice was removed and they added a small angled roof from the remaining cornice to the top of the parapet. But, you can still see the top of the brick columns.

What do you mean by he built it over? Like at a time there was a parking garage with a new building on top or he built it over the garage and dismantled the garage?

Addition: given the changing city, I'd like to see this area redeveloped with more density. I don't know if it's possible to do this without losing the affordable units in the area - something I would be against - but if it is, this could be a massive project. Activating this stretch of Fore St...
