This actually looks like 90 units when you include the redevelopment of the existing building in the back. I believe the actual church and smaller chapel would still remain as-is, but I think they sold off the "Conservatory of Music" side a number of years ago which is grayed out here.

The request for an amendment to the Congress Street Historic District was initiated at the HP meeting earlier this month and an initial workshop will be scheduled soon.

The (anticipated) schedule has them starting the site plan process this fall - so we could potentially see something in a packet soon.

From the listings I can see online, 218 Washington, 75 Chestnut, and Hobson's are having trouble getting rid of some units - these are not just the ultra high end, but the 500k range too. As for 58 Fore, I still think they need to be careful about planning what retail ends up going in - people...

Either renegotiating terms or maybe pursuing a contractor default? Aside from the obviously unfinished stuff, the quality of the work is poor. If they have the ability I hope they bring someone else in.

From PPH article in Feb: “I don’t have a timeline yet,” Brady said in an interview prior to Tuesday’s meeting. “We’re just finalizing the site plan approval and will see how things progress to the next steps. It won’t be any time within the next six months.”
