After having served Jury Duty several times at the old Court House, the view was great while you had to wait around to be picked or not. Beyond that, I found the building depressing. I MUCH prefer the new iteration. I personally think it fits much nicer into the urban surroundings.

Any update on the Market Place Center proposal? Is it dead? I hope this doesn't get built in the current iteration of the design.

Totally agree! I do hope the public space is as nice as that rendering. Retail makes for a dynamic and interesting interior. I've always felt like Back Bay Station is not very welcoming, and not a place you really want to spend any time waiting.

The only parking specifically for this development is basically between the two buildings in the photos. All the other parking is MBTA commuter rail parking, except the parking immediately adjacent to the retail and commercial.
