When I heard that Lord & Taylor was closing, I had hoped that Nordstrom would lease the building for a Boston store. Alas, it was not to be.

Lightview and the 840 Columbus buildings are/will be owned by ACC, not Northeastern. Although both are built on land that Northeastern owns and will continue to own. That gives the university some control of the use of the buildings. It has to do more with Northeastern's attempt to house...

It may be mentioned in the submission, but I assume that BU will do one tower at a time. Each tower would need to be vacated in turn. Does BU have an extra 600 beds in other dorms to accommodate the displaced students?

I looked at the ACC LightView website. It says that the building is open to students at Northeastern University and Boston University. I thought that it was exclusively for Northeastern students. Will this building be exclusive to Northeastern? "Find your place to shine at LightView...

There has never been a T bus route along that stretch of Revere Beach Parkway.

Sheraton was HQ'd in Boston until it was acquired by one of the hotel conglomerates. The HQ was at 60 State Street.

The Sargent building, as you state, was a renovation and recladding of the nursing building. But the nursing building was a renovation and recladding of an industrial building built in the 1920's. In that picture it is being converted for nursing with a small addition being built in the rear...

Name change to Ruggles/Northeastern perhaps? Maybe Northeastern will maintain the station: cleaning etc. so it will not look like a typically scuzzy T station.
