About time. Though I would truly like to see some type of performance venue included in whatever is developed. I loved the original plan, but knew it was likely never to happen. Something a neighborhood could really use though, is live entertainment.

Re: Dock Square Parking Garage, 20 Clinton Street City better kick in some loot. Most of those above grade garages are considered open, so do not have sprinkler systems. Big cost to add all that.

Also sounds 100% like cigarettes. I highly doubtful I'll find a lot of them in there either.

I usually can't wait to get off the brick portions of the sidewalks in Kendall in the winter. The ice coats the smooth finish much better, and I've tweaked a hip or knee plenty of times hustling to the train, or just strolling to work in the am. Pavers can be any color. They need to spice it...

Suffolk Construction is the GC per all info I've ever seen. The only Direnzo I know around here is a site work company, and not a GC.

As a reminder. No parking has been lost in the Seaport. All those surface spots still exist in below grade garages. Not sure the net gain, but there is not net loss.
