They are using actual numbers taken from US Census Bureau results.

These are iffy projections only…and mean little. They may have some other self-serving reasons for putting these out. You can find the actual census numbers on Wikipedia.

They are a bit more stable than the city. Depends on the suburb though.

Boston has had a population decline in the past few years…and the metro population has as well…though not quite as dramatically. Phoenix knocked Boston out as tenth largest metro area…which is actually quite a big deal…and now Tennessee has moved ahead of Massachusetts as the state population...

I believe the Seaport is the only area that allows signs on buildings. I think downtown and Back Bay need major variances for signs.

Sure hope price does not double. The old one was about 24 dollars…and that view was not worth that much.

I live in a high rise building with a balcony-terrace. The windows leaked into the unit…upstairs neighbors would toss snow down onto my balcony…and it is super noisy and windy. I had it enclosed…and glad I did.

Don’t know why anyone would want a condo at that location. It is endless traffic.

Me too! Was a nice place to see a movie. Even the popcorn was wicked good.

More housing projects? Really? They tend to make a neighborhood go downhill.

I like the last two buildings you mentioned. Don’t think there will be much cooperation with builders for further construction with Wu in office.
